FutureWorks Activation

Indeed’s annual conference features speakers and activations that revolve around the future of work. For this activation we wanted to create an experience that showed HR/Hiring Reps just how much talent was being filtered out by adhering to antiquated prerequisites. We personified the talent by using Koi fish in a Koi pond. The less filters one applied, the more talent was screened in. Everything worked through an interactive model that utilized pressure sensitive floor tiles and LED backlit displays.
